I enjoy coming up with new ideas and finding ways to make them happen. I have confidence in my ability to not predict what next year will bring...and consider the surprises in life the best form of entertainment.

I have been working with Vision since 1997. I have traveled to many facilities to perform trainings and classes on the Member Tracking System and Supporter Donation System and attend many regional and national conferences for several organizations. I thoroughly enjoy teaching about our products and helping people to understand the benefit that they can realize when using the software from Vision.

I began working with Vision July 1, 2001. I started on a very part time basis just to cover the phones. I then began learning how to do technical support and then worked into sales. I love talking to current users of our software as well as prospects interested in purchasing.

I have worked at Vision since 2007. Since I love solving problems and puzzles, I enjoy taking client requests and figuring out how to make them work.

I have been removing needles from the haystack here at Vision since 2011. I believe that if there is a need or problem then a user friendly solution exists. It is my passion to bring simplicity and creativity to life on the web.

I began working at Vision in April 2014. I provide care calls to our customers to make sure that their systems are running smoothly. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing all the positive feedback they have about our software.

I have been with Vision since March of 2016. I am very excited about putting my past experience to work here while learning new things. I am the primary support person for our Parent Portal product, including doing demos and training. I feel lucky to be working with such a great team of people and such a versatile, user friendly product. My little dog, Max, is our office dog and comes to work with me every day. He is a 2 year old, 6 lb. Shih Tzu-Chihuahua mix who valiantly protects us from all delivery drivers and other strangers.

I provide customer care calls and enjoy working with our clients to provide assistance with any questions, or issues that they may have so that our program continues to run smoothly for them.
